Eric Church surprised fans last week when he showed up for what he believed to be the premiere episode taping of a new Food Network show called Singin' in the Kitchen with the Loveless Cafe's Carol Fay (the biscuit lady). Eric, who is a fan of the Food Network, took the opportunity and was surprised to learn, along with Carol Fay and the audience, that it was in fact a taping for one of his favorite shows, THROWDOWN! With Bobby Flay. Eric and local chef and restaurateur Martha Stamps, were faced with judging the homemade biscuits and jams of both Carol Fay and Bobby Flay. The episode is scheduled to air sometime in January.
