First week sales of Colt Ford's new album, Every Chance I Get, totaled a whopping 19,145 making it not only the highest debut of Ford's career but also Billboard's highest charting Country debut of the week!

The album debuted at #3 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart and #24 in the Top 200, making a rock-solid testament that after three years as a major competitor in the country music industry, Colt Ford is here to stay.

According to Billboard, physical album sales are at the lowest levels in history as a result of the availability of digital downloads and illegal sharing. However, Ford's physical sales are growing every year.

Every Chance I Get topped Ford's 2010 release Chicken And Biscuits. ord's collective paid digital downloads are now well over 1 million units (21% of Every Chance I Get sales were digital) - proving he has a solid momentum in both physical and online sales realms.

Although Ford and his record label executives at Average Joe's Entertainment could predict the popularity of the album, judging from Ford's ticket sales of over 600,000 and the sell-out of all 500 pre-order album prize packs through a promotion with Topspin, they were pleasantly surprised at the level of surefire success coming with his third studio album.

"The tremendous support that retail has show us has proven that the Colt Ford fan really supports the physical CD," says Doug Kaye, head of label sales for Average Joe's.

"The fans love him and his music, and they are making it their mission to turn other country music lovers on to him. It's about gaining more ground each and every day - and the Colt brigade continues their charge," Average Joe's President, Tom Baldrica adds.

Colt Ford is currently on tour nationwide in support of the release.
