Brad Paisley has announced that his new album, This Is Country Music, will be released on April 19, 2011.

In addition to hosting the event with fellow country star Carrie Underwood, Paisley performed the title track of the album at the CMA Awards last month and issued the song as the album's lead single.

The song "This Is Country Music" will be available as a free download for one week starting Monday, December 13 on ThisIsCountryMusic.com, then for sale at digital retailers on December 21.

Paisley also released a double album of radio singles and concert material, titled Hits Alive, last month.
